What exactly comes with the free plan?

The free plan includes a curated selection of basic, responsive Website Templates for Blocs and Project Websites for RapidWeaver Elements, licensed for unlimited personal use (not commercial).

What license do I get when I buy a paid plan – can I use templates for client work?

Yes. All paid plans include a Commercial License that allows you to use every asset for an unlimited number of personal and client projects, forever. However, you cannot resell or redistribute the original files.

If I buy a single-purchase plan (Blocs Pro, Elements Pro, or Creator Lifetime), what does "lifetime access" actually include?

Lifetime access means you pay once and receive all future updates for the specific assets you purchased. There are no subscriptions and no hidden fees.

Are updates really free forever, and what exactly gets updated?

Yes. Free updates include any improvements, new features, security patches, or compatibility fixes we release for the templates or projects you own, ensuring they work with the latest versions of Blocs and RapidWeaver Elements.

What is the Creator Lifetime plan – and is it better than buying Blocs Pro or Elements Pro separately?

The Creator Lifetime plan is a one-time $349 payment that gives you permanent access to all current and future Website Templates, Page Templates (for Blocs), and Project Websites (for RapidWeaver Elements). It is essentially a complete bundle.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on individual asset purchases or subscriptions. For subscription plans, you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation.

What are "Blocs Pro" and "Elements Pro" – and do they require a subscription?

Blocs Pro and Elements Pro are single-purchase options that give you lifetime access to all Website Templates (Blocs) or all Project Websites (RapidWeaver Elements) respectively. There are no recurring fees.

Is there a subscription plan, and what happens when I cancel?

Yes, we offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your paid billing cycle. After that, you lose access to new downloads but can still use previously downloaded assets under the Commercial License.

Can I use a Blocs Website Template inside RapidWeaver Elements?

No. Website Templates and Page Templates are built exclusively for Blocs Website Builder. For RapidWeaver Elements, you need our Project Websites.

Can I use a RapidWeaver Elements Project Website inside Blocs?

No. Project Websites are built exclusively for RapidWeaver Elements. For Blocs, use our Website Templates or Page Templates.

Do you offer a bundle that includes both Blocs and Elements assets?

Yes. Our Creator Lifetime plan includes both formats, as well as all future assets. Some other paid plans may also include both; please check the product description before purchase.

How can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Enter your billing details during checkout. An invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you immediately after purchase.

Where do I find and download the assets I bought?

Log into your Templays account, go to Orders, and you will see all your purchased Website Templates (for Blocs), Page Templates, and Project Websites (for RapidWeaver Elements) ready for download.

I purchased a template or project website, but I don't see it in the marketplace. What should I do?

Don't worry. If you encounter any issues accessing your purchase, we will offer you a free product as a gesture of goodwill. Our policy is to support you for a lifetime, ensuring you never face a dead end with your projects. Please contact us so we can resolve this for you immediately.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

What support can I expect after buying a template or project?

We offer technical support directly via email, handled by our design team. This covers installation, compatibility, and usage questions.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

Most support emails are answered within 24–48 hours (business days).

How does the Templays Affiliate Program work – and how much can I earn?

You apply, get approved, and then earn a commission (which varies by product) for every sale through your unique link. Payouts are made via PayPal.
